Refund policy
At Velora Living, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our Return and Refund Policy is designed to make the process simple and stress-free.
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is required for all return and refund requests. Certain items such as final sale products, personalized items, or clearance merchandise may not be eligible for return.
To initiate a return, please contact us at windom.justin@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Once your request is approved, we will provide return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
