Everything was perfect as described, the packaging was quite nice when it arrived (it surprised me). Then, as stated in the description, it came vacuum-sealed, and when I opened it, I shook it and put it in the sun for a little while to let the air in (for 4-5 hours), and it returned to its original state as specified in the item. In my opinion, if I had left it longer, it would have been even better since it wasn't completely "recovered," but after 4-5 hours it's fine, and my partner is super happy with the product and says they sleep better... (let's see if I don't order another one for myself haha). But really, pay attention to the description for a... Good use!

I love it, it's quite simple but it helps me keep my back supported. Since it's not very dense/strong, I put another pillow underneath in the head area and it's perfect. Great purchase, super fast shipping and everything was packaged compressed. I recommend a cover that isn't velvet for the summer, as the inner material makes it hot.
